Backstage Plugin

InfraWeave integrates with backstage using the plugins. It is read-only and gives an excellent developer experience.

It is possible to generate merge requests from recommended examples, as well as for upgrading module versions in deployments

Architecture

Backstage comes with a proxy plugin which is used to secure communication to the platform instead of exposing it directly.

You are responsible for configuring a middleware to secure authentication if you intend to use backstage auth providers.
